Questions founders ask before their first run.

A verdict is one short sentence stating what the evidence supports — phrased as a conclusion a careful analyst would state, not a prescription. We never tell you to kill your idea. We state which of the kill thresholds you approved at the start of the run were met, and which were not. The decision is yours.
Twelve well-run interviews cost $3,000–$6,000 and take roughly a month. We mine the consumer voice that already exists on Reddit and YouTube, typically hundreds of focal users per run, under a documented methodology. We aren’t faster than a researcher; we’re cheaper, more comprehensive, and end to end. If your category doesn’t live online, the pre-flight scan flags that before you spend a Stage B token.

Stage A — the pre-flight scan that runs before Stage B begins — checks where your target consumer talks about their problems. If your audience sits primarily on TikTok, in private communities, or in a vertical we can’t reach yet, Stage A surfaces this as a risk flag and you can stop before paying for Stage B.
Stage A completes in roughly four to twelve hours. Stage B in three to six days. Tokens for each stage are reserved at the start and consumed as the stage begins; if a stage fails, the unconsumed tokens are credited back automatically.
